• Prices are in USD. Sales tax of 8% is applied to the merchandise subtotal (after discounts) at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed once PayPal payment is captured; you'll receive a confirmation email with your TL- order number.
• Personalized items are engraved exactly as you type them. Please verify spelling, names, and badge numbers before ordering.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted — see the Returns policy for damage/error handling.
• Loyalty points and promo codes have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be reversed on cancelled/refunded orders.
• Content on this site (product photos, descriptions, logo) belongs to Thin Line Engraving unless noted.
• These terms are governed by Georgia law.
