How does personalization work?

On personalized products, add the name, badge number, or initials in the personalization box before adding to cart (up to 256 characters). We engrave exactly what you type — please double-check spelling. Personalized items are made to order.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Personalized items are engraved to order and ship in the same window whenever possible. You'll get a tracking email when it ships.

What are the shipping options?

Standard (USPS Ground, 3–5 days) is $4.99 and Priority (USPS Priority, 1–3 days) is $9.99, anywhere in the US. See the Shipping page.

Can I return an item?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If anything arrives wrong or damaged, contact us and we'll make it right — see the Returns policy.

Do you do bulk or department orders?

Yes — message us through the contact page with quantities and engraving details and we'll quote it.

How do loyalty points work?

Signed-in customers earn points on every order and can redeem them for discount codes. Details on the Rewards page.
